Required forms
Everyone is required to complete a Code of Conduct, Waiver and Emergency Contact form. These will be emailed to you directly once your deposit has been received or you can complete these in advance using the link below.

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per room due at time of booking.

Full balance due 90 days prior to travel.

A $50 change fee applies for any changes.
Fine Print:
As always, a nonrefundable, non-transferrable $500 deposit per room is required to hold your spot at time of booking. Final payments are due 90 days prior to departure date. No refunds or transfers of a portion of the trip 30 days prior to departure. Please let us know at the time of booking which room type you'd prefer. Room types are first come first served and not guaranteed until confirmed. Born to Dive retains the right to deny or remove anyone from any trip, for any reason,
at any time. Born To Dive is not responsible for travel restrictions imposed by any county that we are visiting. Born To Dive is not responsible for weather related delays or any cost associated with said weather. No politics talk allowed on any trip. We required that you have a good time.
